Refund policy

Since we are a small brand, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges in case of a size issue.

To process an exchange, the customer is required to courier the item back to us. Once we receive the parcel, we will dispatch the new size from our side.

Please note that any courier charges paid by the customer to return the parcel will not be reimbursed by our brand.

If there is any issue with your parcel, such as receiving the wrong item or a defect, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Our team is always available to assist you in selecting the perfect size. In fact, 99% of the time, our size recommendations are accurate, so we highly encourage you to reach out to us before placing your order if you are unsure about your size to avoid the need for an exchange.
